In this episode of Voice of Radical Dissent, Donna VanMeter from Irritate the State joined Corey to discuss the problems currently facing her husband, political prisoner Cirino Gonzalez. Then Corey started to talk about Julian Assange’s rape case and the Sweedish government dropping those charges. Dave from New Hampshire called in and asked if libertarians would stand by their stance on no social services if the poor truly suffered, which caught Corey off guard a bit, to which he responded with uncertainty. Angela Keaton dropped by to talk about the war and mosque controversy to top off the first hour. Catherine Bleish joined Corey at the top of the second hour to discuss her activism, specifically her founding of Operation Defuse and The Liberty Restoration Project. James Oliver called in to discuss the history of British social services in response to Dave from New Hampshire’s call. In the last segment, Nick Ford called in to add to the discussion on social services.
